I am one of those people who was told not to get it. One because both sides of the family have history of heart attacks, blood clots, cancer, diabetes, etc. I have no known health issues, not over weight, blood work is good, etc

As someone who lives in the south, I can assure that you should not listen to everything you hear about down here. Sure there are people who will not get it until the FDA approves it. But doctors are also advising young people in good health not to get it. Especially since the inflammation of the heart came out for young men. Many people I know are being told not to get it unless they have some sort of co-morbidities or family history of heart issues to help reduce the risk.
